Video: Oshoala's superb bicycle kick wins UEFA Women's Champions League Goal of the Season

Asisat Oshoala's remarkable goal for her former side, Barcelona Femeni, against Benfica has been voted the UEFA Women's Champions League Goal of the Season.

The Super Falcons star scored a stunning bicycle kick against the Portuguese side on matchday 1.

The 29-year-old netted her side's 5th goal of the game just over 40 seconds after coming on as a substitute.

Oshoala, however, did not complete the season with the Blaugranas as she secured a move to the United States to play for Bay FC.

She made two appearances for the Spanish giants in the UWCL prior to her move to the US.

Barcelona Femeni were crowned champions of Europe for the third time in four years after beating Lyon Feminin 2-0 in the final of the 2024 UWCL last weekend.

Oshoala confirmed on social media that she'll receive a winner's medal, having made two appearances in the group stage.
