Chelsea have shown keen interest in signing Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo when the European transfer window opens.

The Blues aim to secure the 26-year-old, who is set to become a free agent next month.

Adarabioyo scored 2 goals in 22 appearances for the Craven Cottage outfit in the recently concluded season.

Newcastle United have also reportedly expressed interest in the former Manchester City defender.

Manchester United are also said to have the defender on their radar but have yet to submit any offer.

Born in England, Adarabioyo is eligible to represent Nigeria through his descent.

He was previously reported to have turned down an approach by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to represent the Super Eagles but opened the door to a potential call-up in 2020 when he expressed his desire to play at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar with either England or Nigeria.
