Chelsea legend Joe Cole has described Arsenal forward Ethan Nwaneri as the most exciting player in Europe.

This was after Arsenal thrashed OSV 7-1 to secure a spot in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals.

Reacting, Cole called for Nwaneri 's inclusion in England's Three Lions instead of having him go through the junior teams.

“For me, he is so good that he doesn’t need the U21s,” Cole told TNT Sports.

“In my opinion, he is that good.

“He needs to go straight in with Thomas Tuchel, get around the squad and get some minutes, because he is an England player for the next 10-15 years.

“I think he is going to be an absolute genius. I think he is the most exciting footballer in England and maybe Europe. What he is doing is incredible,” he said.
