Super Eagles player, Victor Boniface, has rubbished reports (not by MyNigeria) that he and his Norwegian girlfriend, Rikke Hermine, have ended their relationship because of prenup disagreement.

A prenup is a written contract that ensures that both parties in a marriage get to keep their assets and finance in the event of a divorce.

The rumour of a breakup in Boniface's relationship with Hermine were started by online platforms, which said, “Boniface is now focused on safeguarding his financial future and avoiding potential pitfalls.”

They also based their report on information from an anonymous source who said their relationship had been shaky for a while.

“Yes, they were apart for Christmas, and he seemed to have a lot of fun without her. She also stopped attending his games this season. Now, they are officially done,” the source said.

Debunking the rumour, the Bayer Leverkusen forward described it all as lies.

He shared on X, “Stop posting fake shit you guys know nothing about ……Una go just carry phone without knowing Wetinx Dey sup just post,” he wrote partly in Pidgin English.

“No be everybody be like una sister. So respect urself. Everything you guys say about her are all lies.”

However, the last time Boniface and Hermine were seen together in public was during Bayer Leverkusen's Bundesliga title celebration in May 2024.
