President Major General, Muhammadu Buhari has sent goodwill messages to Muslims in the country.
This is coming after the sighting of the moon of Ramadan which commences the 30-day fast.

However, the Ramadan would be celebrated at home.
Earlier today, the National Coordinator of the Presidential Task Force On COVID-19, Dr Sani Aliyu advised Muslims to practice Ramadan at home.
Giving a speech at the Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19, he told the faithfuls to follow the NCDC advisories and stay at home.
"Please observe the Ramadan at home, he urged.
