Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai welcomed his fourth child at age 63 on Wednesday, May 10.

Photos of the governor with his spouse, Hajiya Aisha Ummi Garba El-Rufai with their newborn baby girl was shared on social media by the governor's eldest son, Bello.

The baby has been named Fatima Layan El-Rufai as disclosed to Daily Trust by Bello.

In a social media post, Bello wrote: “With the latest El-Rufai in town. Fatima Layan. Allah ya raya mana. So glad to have Aunty Umms back.”

In a different development, Governor El-Rufai has downplayed the possibility of returning as Governor of the FCT under the incoming Tinubu-led administration.
