A lawmaker for Badagary, Babatunde Hunpe has encouraged Nigerians to support Bola Tinubu's presidential bid in 2023.

According to him, the National Leader of the All People's Congress has paid his dues to the country politically, noting that Tinubu loves to see a Nigeria that is making steady progress.

He said:

“We are doing this because of our individual interest, but this is not the best as it cannot take us anywhere.

“Tinubu has paid his dues, he has done a lot for this country, and if the man comes out that he wants anything, I want to appeal to all Nigerians to support him."Going further, he said the All Progressives Congress (APC) national leader has the best interest of Nigeria at heart."
