Former governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose has said that Ibrahim Magu, the embattled acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, must be placed on watch-list.
Magu appeared before a panel yesterday over claims of using a third party to transfer funds.
In reaction, Fayose recounted the treatment he received from Magu who placed him on a watch-list despite having immunity as a governor.
According to him, Magu should also face the same to prevent him from running away.
He wrote: "Just as Magu directed that I be placed on "Watch-list" even when I had immunity as a sitting gov, Magu too must be placed on watch-list so that he won't run away. EFCC, DSS, Customs, Police, Immigration, Army, Navy, Air Force, others, over to you. What goes around comes around".
