The international passport of former National Security Adviser, Colonel Sambo Dasuki will soon be released to him following today's victory secured at an Abuja High Court.

This is coming after Dasuki's counsel, Ahmed Raji SAN argued the application which had been filed February 11.

Raji withdrew the second relief sought in the application.

Justice Hussein Baba-Yusuf who saw nothing harmful with releasing Dasuki's international passport, agreed for it to be released since the prosecution failed to counter the proposition.
