Two Delta council Chairmen have successfully cheated death during an accident that occurred today at the Otovwodo axis of Ughelli, Delta State.
The survivors were Vice chairman of Ughelli North local government council, Victor Uyoh and his Udu counterpart, Justice Iyasere.
They survived a ghastly motor accident that occurred 5:10pm
