A video of Sir Micheal Otedola, father of billionaire Femi Otedola, being sworn-in as the Governor of Lagos state on 2nd January 1992, has surfaced.

He governed the state till 17th November, 1993 on the platform of the National Republican Convention (NRC).

It is said that his administration facilitated the establishment the Yaba College of Technology campus in Epe, his home town.

After he left office, he continued as a writer and consultant. Sir Otedola died on May 5, 2014.

Reacting to the video which emerged on social media, some netizens have attributed billionaire, Femi Otedola's wealth to his father's hard work as a politician.
