Personal Assistant on New Media to Buhari, Bashir Ahmad has lamented the continuous spike in COVID-19 cases recorded by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.
Taking to Twitter to express his disaffection, he said, "Not good numbers from the NCDC tonight."
Just tonight alone, an extra 35 cases of coronavirus was recorded in the country, spiking the numbers to 442 confirmed cases.
This spike is the highest in a single day for Nigeria.
Nonetheless, the media aide sought to seek solace in the fact that 152 people have recovered from the deadly virus.
