Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo is the current Minister of Interior in Nigeria, having assumed office on August 21, 2023. Born on May 1, 1982, in Okeagbe Akoko, Ondo State, he has a background in engineering and ICT, with degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University and London Metropolitan University.

Before his political career, he was an accomplished business executive and CEO of Matrix IT Solutions Limited.

Tunji-Ojo has been actively involved in addressing Nigeria's security challenges. Recently, he launched a 24-hour control center to monitor all Nigerian airports and borders, aiming to curb illegal entry into the country.

His efforts also include tackling institutional issues and enhancing border security.
