The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has commenced a training on the prevention & control of coronavirus days after a cure for the virus has been discovered.
The training commenced in conjunction with the Infection Prevention & Control in Abuja, Nigeria.
The workshop was targeted at strengthening IPC's capacity while enhancing networking among relevant officials working in health facilities & points-of-entry in Africa.

According to Dr. Tajudeen of the Africa Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, the training is to intensify preparedness for #COVID19 on the continent.
Recall that yesterday three drugs were approved as a cure against Covid-19 that threatened to bring China to its knees.
The three drugs were Chloroquine, Remdesivir, and Favilavir.
