Nigerian musician Iyanya has expressed hope that his fellow artists, Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy, will eventually join forces on a song.

Iyanya shared his thoughts in response to Davido's remarks during a recent podcast, where he suggested that fan behavior is part of the reason he, Wizkid, and Burna Boy have yet to collaborate on a track.

In reaction to a widely shared clip of Davido’s interview, Iyanya took to X to encourage the trio to set aside distractions and focus on creating music together. He emphasized the importance of unity and maximizing opportunities in the industry.

He wrote:
“Trolls making money off trolling hardworking brothers. It’s tough to ignore sometimes, especially when it’s about something or someone close to your heart. I’m confident we’ll eventually see a collaboration between Davido, Wizkid, and Burna. I’ve had the privilege of working with all three, and I believe it’s time to make music and make money.”

Notably, Wizkid and Burna Boy have collaborated on multiple occasions, producing hits like "B D’or" and "Ginger." Burna Boy also worked with Davido on the track "Trumpet" earlier in his career, before becoming an international superstar. However, a joint effort between Davido and Wizkid remains highly anticipated but unrealized, despite years of speculation and excitement from fans.
