A show promoter, Toba Abiodun, has criticized Nigerians and their leaders following his visit to the country.

He shared a video on Instagram capturing his arrival at a Nigerian airport, describing it as being in a state of disrepair, comparable to an airport in a war-torn country.

Abiodun expressed frustration, claiming that everyone at the airport seemed to be trying to "hustle" him. He also made a controversial remark, alleging that everyone in Nigeria has body odor.

In his caption, he wrote: "The body odor is overwhelming. We need to identify who oversees Nigerian airports so they can be compelled to visit other airports in Africa. Forget Europe—that's aiming too high. The Nigerian airport resembles one from a war-torn country, with broken carousels, no WiFi, no lighting, and constant hustling. It's disheartening to see such extreme wealth and poverty coexisting in the same place. I just don't get it."
