MC Deacon Famous has reacted to rumours surrounding his strained friendship with actress and former best friend, Ekene Umenwa.

Recall that Deacon Famous invited singer Moses Bliss to Ekene's wedding with videos of her kneeling and hugging the singer in excitement.

Despite the controversy surrounding Ekene's actions at her wedding, Deacon Famous defended her on social media.

Recently, it was noticed that Deacon Famous and Ekene had unfollowed each other on social media, leading to speculation of a falling out between them.

Some suggested that the dispute began after Ekene sent a birthday message to Deacon Famous’ ex-girlfriend, Ada Uli, whom he left to marry a Ghanaian woman.

Others questioned whether the dispute stemmed from Deacon Famous' new wife.

In response to rumours, Deacon Famous denied that his wife was the cause of the fallout.
