Dkokopee, a singer and friend of social media activist, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan has attracted various reactions from netizens demanding the whereabouts of the critic following his return to Nigeria from China.
On Tuesday, March 25, Dkokopee announced his return to Lagos from his trip to the Asian country with a photo of himself and a lady he enrolled in an automobile training school.
Sharing the video, he wrote, “As soon as I landed in Lagos today, I went straight to Enrol My first female who wanted to learn about Automobiles …. Because I know the importance of empowering and training the girl child!!
Apart from music, as long as it will benefit and grow the Nigerian youths, count me in … I ready use my last money do am, call me mumu, I no really send …I will do whatever it takes to help as many I can, get a better tomorrow!" Dkokopee said.
It was widely known that Dkokopee travelled to China alongside VeryDarkMan, with the duo spending a few weeks in Asia.
Dkokopee’s return without his friend has raised suspicion as to whether he was on the run or avoiding arrest following the arrest warrant issued against him over his legal dispute with gospel singer Mercy Chinwo.
VeryDarkMan had previously revealed in a video that he was in Ivory Coast.
