Popular social media influencers Rinu Oduala, Enioluwa Adeoluwa, Aproko Doctor, and others have shared words of encouragement and support for skit maker and activist Mr Macaroni after he disclosed his shocking N500 million debt struggles.

The comedian recently revealed on social media that he was scammed and made a poor investment between 2021 and 2022, leading to significant financial losses.

In an emotional post on X on March 20, he admitted that he initially intended to keep his ordeal private and shoulder the financial burden alone while continuing to entertain his audience. However, he ultimately decided to share his experience to help others learn from his mistakes.

His revelation sparked reactions across social media, with many offering financial assistance and words of encouragement.

Fellow activists and celebrities also lent their support. Social activist Rinu Oduala wrote, “So sorry about this, and I can attest to your financial kindness, not recklessness. Even in the midst of all this, you still send money. May the love in our hearts be greater than all hate.”

Political commentator Morris Monye added, “Sorry about this. I used to share my pains too, but I’m learning to hold it all in. God has given us all the grace to overcome challenges.”

Actor and producer Femi Adebayo wrote, “Debo, God bless you for sharing. Your good heart came through for you, my brother.”

Actress Kehinde Bankole praised his openness, writing, “This is a high level of accountability—leadership of our own lives. So sorry to hear all you went through. I say daily, ‘Everyone is dealing with something.’ May financial, spiritual, and mental healing continually lift you and all of us who may need it.”

Hypeman Do2dtun commended his strength, stating, “Vulnerability is a type of strength that breaks everything that tries to take advantage of your peace. You have opened up, and you have just attained another level of growth.”

Comedian Broda Shaggi added, “Like I said, we all will be tested. The secret of life is to fall seven times and get up eight times.”

Other celebrities, including Nosa Rex, Kaffy, Chioma Nwosu, Adunni Ade, Officer Woos, Sharon Ooja, and Enioluwa Adeoluwa, also expressed their support.

Public reactions continue to pour in, with fans sharing how Mr Macaroni’s story resonates with them. One user, @Og_koded94, expressed empathy, writing, “God bless you for sharing. I am still in the same shoes. I pray God restores all our hope for a better life.”
