Music video director Clarence Peters has revealed details about his popular parents, legendary fuji singer Sir Shina Peters and his mother, actress Clarion Chukwura.

Speaking in an interview with Chude Jide-Onwo, Clarence mentioned that he believes his father treated his mother poorly, and although he wanted to judge him for his actions, he couldn’t as he found himself in similar positions.

Clarence stated that he became a version of his father towards women and that he has made similar mistakes.

He said, "My father has made mistakes that I have also made so I can’t judge him. I can relate to the mistakes that my father has made, as much as I was raised by my mother and try not to be my father."

Clarence Peters is known for his extraordinary capabilities with music video directing for some of the most popular artistes in Africa.

According to the music director, he recounted how he shot three music videos in a week to being sidelined by the new generation of Afrobeats artistes.
