Nigerian singer Darlington Okoye, known as Speed Darlington, has announced his plans to release a diss track aimed at Burna Boy, whom he refers to as Long Face.

This decision follows Darlington's release from two months of detention due to Burna Boy's accusations of cyberbullying and defamation against him.

In a recent video, Darlington shared details about his upcoming diss track, stating that he is willing to pay N13k to a graphic artist for the artwork cover.

Some fans criticized the amount as being too low, prompting him to increase it to N15k.

Darlington specified that the cover should depict Burna Boy (Long Face) allegedly offering an envelope of money to an officer, insinuating an attempt to keep him imprisoned despite a court order.

He explained that the artwork should show Long Face handing the envelope to the officer without revealing the officer's face.

Nigerians on social media reacted to the video with various comments:

@fine_marcelo: "Are you looking to send someone to jail for N13k?"

@dumbor_debeeh: "Is that all you see? Artists deserve more respect."

@7figureboss: "I'll double the amount for anyone who can give the president exactly what he wants!"
@queensharon818: "Long Face will be the focus of 2025, mark my words."

@mn_erics: "Darlington, it seems like you might end up back in jail anytime you release a new song."

@robert_william_2024: "Your mother should be ashamed of giving birth to you, fool."

@kingtufab: "Whoever designs this, keep your identity hidden. Don't give them a shoutout, or they'll spend all of 2025 in Kuje."
