Brazilian porn star Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, also known as Anna Polly, has tragically passed away.

The actress fell from a hotel balcony in Nova Iguaçu, northwest of Rio de Janeiro, and died while filming for the sexual content website OnlyFans.

After inviting two men to the hotel for a threesome, Anna Polly is believed to have fallen during X-rated scenes.

The investigation is still ongoing, according to the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit, which reviewed CCTV footage after questioning hotel workers. Her cell phone is also being inspected for possible evidence.

The two men she invited had conflicting claims about the circumstances surrounding her death, according to the Mirror.

Considering all possibilities, from a tragic accident to potential foul play, the police have characterized the incident as "complex."

According to the police: “We are conducting a thorough investigation to determine what happened. This is a complex case, and we are not ruling out any scenario, from an accident to a possible crime.”

The incident reportedly occurred at the four-star Mont Blanc Apart Hotel.
