Nigerian Pentecostal pastor and founder of the New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declaration (NSPPD), Pastor Jerry Eze, has cautioned women on things they need to avoid while fasting.
During a sermon, the preacher warned women to refrain from being involved with married men due to the negative repercussions. He questioned why a woman would engage in a 20 or 21-day fast and still be intimate with someone else's husband.
Pastor Jerry Eze emphasized that such actions make the woman a subject of prayer for the man's wife, who would likely complain and even curse the woman involved.
He stated, "In this day and age, it is unacceptable to be fasting for 20 or 21 days while engaging in relationships with married men. You can't do that, I don't approve of it. Don't become a source of conflict for another woman. If you're caught, you'll face consequences."
Additionally, Pastor Jerry Eze shared a story about a woman he knew who used to have affairs with married men. Despite her past actions, she eventually got married. However, she later regretted her behavior when her husband started cheating on her with other women, which he attributed to the consequences of her past actions.
