Businessman and social commentator Isaac Fayose has berated social critic VeryDarkMan for pranking Nigerians with claims that N180 million is missing from his NGO account.

On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, VeryDarkMan shared a video revealing that all the NGO funds are intact and that it was a plan to teach Nigerians a lesson.

Recall that VeryDarkMan had announced that hackers breached his website and redirected N180 million, leaving N20 million. He also claimed to have updated Nigerians, stating he was en route to Jos to apprehend the individual responsible for the missing funds and that their next trip was to Ghana, where the second accomplice fled.

This did not sit well with many who tackled him for the missing funds. Days later, VeryDarkMan showed account statements from Fidelity Bank and slammed those who criticized him.

In response to VeryDarkMan’s revelation, Isaac Fayose condemned him for pranking Nigerians with their donated money kept in his care. Fayose noted that if such an incident occurred in another country, he would be sanctioned.

Fayose then demanded to know when the activist was going to begin work on the structures he planned to build.
