Nigerian social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has sparked mixed reactions with a recent update he shared on the late singer Mohbad's case.
Taking to his Instagram story, the social media activist pointed out that Mohbad would not receive justice for his death because those who knew what happened did not cooperate.
VeryDarkMan expressed that it was Nigerians' sentiments and the lack of cooperation from the public that prevented the late singer from receiving the justice he deserved. He clarified that people should not criticize him because he made efforts to ensure that those involved were held accountable, but things did not go as planned.
Continuing, he emphasized his commitment to standing for the truth fearlessly.
He wrote, "The Mohbad case has ended, please do not be upset. The sentiments of the public shielded the real culprits from revealing the truth... As I predicted, it has come to pass, MOHBAD WILL NEVER GET JUSTICE
AS A RATEL.... I will stand up for the REAL TRUTH not the CROWD TRUTH"
These comments followed criticism of VeryDarkMan by Nigerians for socializing with Naira Marley, Zinoleesky, and others in a club. After Mohbad's passing, many suspected Naira Marley's involvement, leading to backlash against VeryDarkMan, who claimed to be advocating for justice for Mohbad, yet was seen socializing with Naira Marley and his associates.
