Victor Boniface, a striker for Bayer Leverkusen, has drawn criticism over a recent social media post.

The Super Eagles player posted pictures from an occasion of himself with Zlatan Ibile and Davido, two legendary figures in Nigerian music.

The striker, who wore a clean all-white outfit and matching sneakers, was seen with rapper Zlatan and afrobeats artist Davido.

Victor Boniface attended Davido's sold-out concert at Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome alongside other Nigerian celebrities including Ubi Franklin and Cubana Chiefpriest.

On the last day of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, Boniface worsened his thigh injury during the Super Eagles' 2-1 loss to Rwanda at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.
