Nigerian singer Joseph Akinwale, popularly known as Joeboy has advised his fans to not let social media shape their values.

The afrobeats singer gave this advice while speaking about the unrealistic expectations that are prevalent on the internet.

Joeboy pointed out that social media posts and pictures aren't always accurate. According to him, many people lie about their private lives and post something different on social media just to mislead others.

He advised people not to measure their lives by the idealized pictures and posts they see online.
