Nigerian musician Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid, created excitement online after receiving a warm welcome in the Dominican Republic ahead of his concert.

The Afrobeats sensation is scheduled to perform at the World Creole Music Festival, happening from October 25-27 at Windsor Park Sports Stadium in Dominica.

Clips of Wizkid’s impressive arrival captivated many social media users who were amazed by the reception he received.

Upon his arrival, a group of local drummers in cultural attire greeted him at the airport.
