Controversial Nigerian rapper Speed Darlington has broken his silence following his release from police custody.

Recall that it was reported that Grammy Award-winning singer Burna Boy had the rapper arrested a few days ago for making disparaging remarks about him.

Speed Darlington was arrested after a video of him emerged casting doubt on Burna Boy's Grammy award's legitimacy and connecting American singer Diddy with Burna Boy's triumph at the Grammys.

However, Speed Darlington stated that it takes 30 million to carry him in a video posted to make fun of Burna Boy, speaking just a few days after being released from police custody.

He added that if he is arrested, it is someone, but if that person was arrested, he wouldn't be the reason behind it.

He said, “EFCC dey give bed, DSS dey give food. I don survive ground zero, what can you do to me next? If I go missing, na you, if you go missing, no be me.”

Captioning the video, he wrote; “Big fish; it takes 30 million to carry me.”
