Singer Oluwafemi Oladapo, popularly known as Slimcase, has revealed the reason for tattooing superstar Wizkid on his body.
He dismissed comments by some people who criticized him for doing such at the age of 49.
According to him, Wizkid changed his life. Explaining how he met the singer, Slimcase noted that it was female Afrobeats singer Tiwa Savage who gave him the opportunity to meet Wizkid.
He narrated how Wizkid shook his hand and welcomed him like a star. He stated that the Grammy Award-winning star also liked his content on social media and described him as a Ganja star.
This move by Wizkid boosted his ego and encouraged him to do more of his craft.
“Wizkid’s tattoo is on my body because of his impact on my life. Many people saying, ‘Why would a 40-year-old be doing this or that?’ don’t know how he changed my life,” he said.
