A post by afrobeats star, Davido has generated several reactions on social media.

The post comes moments after the award-winning singer faced criticism on social media after a video showed he allegedly slapped his bouncer at his wedding.

"Note: Fuck what people gotta say! Stay active," he wrote on X.

The wedding between Davido and his longtime partner dominated the headlines on Tuesday, June 25 at the Harbour Point Event Centre in Lagos.

The wedding was attended by Olusegun Obasanjo, a respected elder statesman and influential figure in Nigerian politics, was among the first high-profile guests to arrive. His presence added a significant layer of prestige to the event.

Also present at the ceremony is the Oni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, The monarch, who appeared in white attire and his beaded crown, was seen greeting the dignitaries at the wedding venue.

Davido is currently in the U.S. with his wife, Chioma Adeleke.
