Some Nigerians have taken to social media to applaud a couple who shared Agege bread at their wedding ceremony in Lagos.

A video of the bread being shared to guests at the wedding went viral with many supporting the move.

The bread which was distributed had a flyer which had a photo of the couple on it.

The bread came as a shock to many who never expected to recieve bread as a take home gift.

Usually other non perishable items are normally distributed to the guests for their presence at the wedding.

Reacting to this, some Nigerians hailed the couple for the bold move citing the harsh economic conditions and the high cost of food.
