Ike defends Mercy Eke after fight with Omashola who called her a prostitute

Ike has come to the defence of his girlfriend Mercy Eke after a confrontation between her and Omashola at an episode of the BBNaija Reunion show.

During the show, Omashola was reminded by the host Ebuka of a statement he made last year which referred to Mercy Eke as a prostitute.

In response, Omashola apologized for the statement which he said was not intentional

He said: “I regret calling Mercy a prostitute and other names on the show.

“I was angry and said a lot of bullshit. That was why I called Mercy names while in the show.

“Forget my shout Mercy, I apologize for calling you a prostitute.”

This didn't sit well with Mercy Eke who flared up leading to an argument with Omashola.

In response, her boyfriend Ike whom she runs a reality TV show with came to her defence saying: "For the record, no woman, under any circumstances deserve to be slut-shamed. Women are the flowers of the nation".
