The movers and shakers of the entertainment industry stormed Ibadan for the coronation ceremony of music legend, Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde Omogbolahan, aka K1 D' Ultimate, as the first-ever Mayegun of Yorubaland.

The popular singer's request was granted by His Imperial Majesty, the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III.

K1 D' Ultimate, also known as the king of Fuji music, painted the town red as he celebrated his coronation ceremony yesterday with a brand new Rolls Royce, reportedly worth N200m.

While the man of the moment was being celebrated, the rank and file of the Yoruba entertainment industry turned up for the ceremony.

Present on the occasion were Muyiwa Ademola, Fathia Williams, Afonja Mukaila Olaniyi (aka Sanyeri), Femi Adebayo, Bolaji Amusan (Mr Latin), Adekola Tijani (Kamilu Kompo), Dele Odule, Musiliu Ishola, Pasuma Wonder, amongst others.

Social media recorded a number of posts with congratulatory messages pouring in for the much-loved living music legend from celebs.
