'Yahoo pastor' - Mixed reactions as Tobi Adegboyega loses deportation appeal

UK-based Nigerian clergyman Tobi Adegboyega has sparked mixed reactions on social media after losing his deportation appeal over £1.87 million, equivalent to 3,924,546,560 fraud allegations.

An immigration tribunal ruled that the UK-based Nigerian cleric should be deported to Nigeria as he has been living in the UK illegally since 2005, when he overstayed his visitor's visa. Prior to this, his church was closed due to financial issues and a lack of transparency.

Despite citing his community service and marriage to a British national, Tobi Adegboyega argued that deportation would violate his rights under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).

However, after appealing the decision, the court rejected his appeal and ordered his deportation back to Nigeria.

This news has prompted a range of reactions on social media as users express their opinions. Some believe Tobi Adegboyega should not be deported since his wife is a citizen and holds a resident permit.

Others, however, criticized the cleric, labeling him as a loud and fake pastor. Many were surprised that someone involved in illegal activities would be so vocal on social media, potentially drawing attention to himself. They suggested that he should be deported, and even if that happens, he has many Nigerian friends who could help him.
