Kogi Central lawmaker Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan arrived at the Senate for plenary on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, accompanied by her husband, Emmanuel Uduaghan.

Natasha Akpoti and her husband were seen wearing white outfits with smiles on their faces as they exchanged pleasantries with personnel at the Senate.

The couple also shared a kiss before Natasha walked into the Senate to take her seat at the new assigned location.

The Kogi lawmaker made headlines after she accused Senator Akpabio of sexual harassment. She stated that the Senate President targeted her and refused her motion to voice her concerns about the Ajaokuta Steel Company because she rejected his sexual advances.

Her revelation has since attracted several mixed reactions from Nigerians. While her female colleagues in the Senate have dismissed her claim and supported the Senate President, other women, including actress Kate Henshaw, have expressed their support for Senator Natasha.

Several Nigerians and supporters also stormed the National Assembly to demand the resignation of Akpabio and call for an investigation into the matter.
