Controversial social media activist Martions Vincent Otse popularly known as VeryDarkMan has issued a stern warning to media personality Toke Makinwa for her remarks regarding Annie and 2Baba's ongoing marital crisis.

Recently, the media personality called 2Baba's public revelation of personal information regarding his marriage callous and a sign of poor judgment. Fans and pundits have reacted negatively to her comments as well as those of other "concerned female voices."

VeryDarkMan also responded by posting a video in which he defended 2Baba and accused Toke of being unduly harsh while neglecting the couple's shared problems. He characterized her accusations as unfairly targeting the music icon as part of a "female alliance."

Toke was advised by VeryDarkMan to avoid "ganging up" against 2Baba. He also made remarks about the couple's tumultuous relationship, implying that Annie's fixation with the singer caused her to overlook warning signs from the beginning.

He wrote: “Dear Toke Makinwa and other women, make una leave 2Face ooo, no be by force. Why the double standards? Well, for me, both of them were never meant for each other (Annie ignored all red flags, they were never meant to be a thing. Aunty was obsessed).”

Many people have weighed in on the roles and actions of both Annie and 2Baba as a result of the ongoing public fallout from their relationship.
