OAP Toke Makinwa has threatened to sue Nigerian Telegraph over an online publication which says that her Banana Island house has been seized by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria, AMCON.
The news platform had published that the house was seized as a result of a debt owed by the original owner who gave it to Toke Makinwa.
In a notice sent to the platform, Toke Makinwa's legal counsel, Ademuyiwa Olumide Fusika, SAN, demanded that the publication be taken down within 24 hours.
