Nigerians have dragged Nollywood actress Ekene Umenwa after she posted a video dedicating her child to Mother Mary over what they describe as idol worship.
The actress said that only Mother Mary and Jesus could fully comprehend her hardships when she announced the birth of her first child in the United States in September 2024.
Ekene Umenwa prayed for individuals who were pregnant, thanked God, and celebrated mothers.
She had fulfilled her vow to her mother by having Mother Mary bless her child before leaving for Nigeria.
