Nigerian singer, Teni Apata has become a landlord.
Taking to Instagram to flaunt her latest acquisition, she expressed her gratitude to her realtor for helping her land such good accommodation.
The "Billionaire" crooner had these words to say:
"I am a landlord/ Landlady because my good friend Joe Etoniru & Associates made my life easy when I was searching. They helped me get a great crib. It is not easy now to be a landlady/landlord. So my walking steps now has changed."
Recall that the award-winning singer expressed her desire to move to Banana Island early this year.
She made the revelation in a video she posted on her Instagram page, captioned: "I’m moving to banana island! Pls I can’t kill myself. Lekki don cast."
