Popular Nigerian comedian, Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, better known as Oga Sabinus, has pleaded with the President of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu, to consider reducing the price of deodorants.
The comedian made this plea to the president on his Instagram page, noting that the alarming rate at which people walked around town with bad odour was concerning.
He wrote, "Mr. President, please just reduce the price of armpit deodorant and body spray, the streets are on fire with odour."
Sabinus' post garnered many reactions from social media users, with some agreeing with him while others stated that there are more pressing issues the government should address, so Sabinus should hold off on pushing for a reduction in deodorant prices.
