Award-winning singer, Rema is reportedly set for a sustainable music initiative.
This follows multiple reports the singer is prepared to invest a substantial amount into a music school.
"The singer has invested hopping N200 million, into setting up what is anticipated to be Africa’s foremost music academy – the Rema Music Institute," according to a post shared by African Hub on X.
The post adds the institution will be the biggest in Nigeria and Africa and will be free "to help those who are interested in doing music."
The singer is reported to have disclosed this on Saturday, March 23, New Telegraph reports.
Speaking about his vision for the institute, Rema expressed his excitement and the desire to give back to the community that has supported him throughout his meteoric rise to fame, the report added.
