Nigerian musician Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, better known as Portable, has been publicly expressing his opinions against Olamide Adedeji, often known by his stage name Baddoo.

When Portable recently attacked Olamide for using Asake to compete against him in the music scene by providing Asake more recognition, it generated a lot of attention online.

The Zazu star posted a screenshot on his Instagram stories shortly after Portable's comments regarding Olamide. This screen grab came from a 2023 conversation in which Portable bemoaned his dissatisfaction with Olamide.

Portable expressed his annoyance at Olamide in this talk for assisting him in becoming famous and then abandoning him. He said that although Baddoo introduced him to the industry, he has since abandoned him.

Portable included a note urging Olamide to continue supporting him along with a screenshot of their conversation.

He said, “Bado na baba. Make him dey support me dey go, na him bring me. God bless Olamide Bado. Make my helper no stop to dey help me.”

Nigerians have conflicting opinions regarding Portable's remark claiming that Olamide should keep supporting him since he introduced him to the industry. The Zazu singer was accused of being entitled by a number of people.
