Popular Nigerian social media enthusiast and actor Ijoba Lande has opened up about his marital struggles with his estranged wife, Muyibat.

Sharing how their relationship turned sour, Lande revealed that those he admired in the industry and sought marital advice from were all sleeping with his wife.

Lande, who went missing sometime in 2023, stated that prior to his wife moving out of his house, she put him through hell.

According to the actor, his wife often tried to provoke him into violence, but he resisted. He mentioned that despite her actions, he wanted to make their marriage work and stay together.

Lande stated, "Before my wife moved out of the house, she showed me hell. She would deliberately provoke me to beat her, but I never did. It is not easy for a man to beat a woman he loves. Despite everything she did to me, I didn’t want her to leave, so I endured. "My wife, who used to tell me her hormones were not working whenever I asked for sex, was suddenly having high hormones for other men outside. I will always fear women."
