Afrobeats singer Skales has revealed how some artistes he helped betrayed him in the music industry.

In a post shared on his X page, Skales mentioned that people he helped build up in the music industry turned their backs against him.

The ‘Shake Body’ hitmaker pointed out that despite their betrayals, God has remained faithful to him.

He mentioned that the best advice his mother gave him was to not stop praying and trusting God.

On his X handle, Skales wrote, “One day I’ll sit down and tell you a story of how a lot of people turned their backs on me, including people I helped build up in this industry. But guess what? God never failed me even when I was isolated… Don’t you ever stop praying and trusting God with everything you’ve got… Best advice my mom gave me!!!”
