Comedian Okey Bakassi has shared his thoughts about the actions of politicians in the country.

He stated that politicians are now behaving like gods and acting as if they are untouchable.

Bakassi expressed displeasure at the inability to criticise the government as individuals risk being arrested by the police.

He pointed out that the government will continue in their recklessness until the military announces a takeover of the country.

According to the comedian, until this move is made, before the politicians call on citizens to hit the street and defend democracy. Meanwhile, they are currently against Nigerians speaking out about democracy.

Okey Bakassi said, “Nigeria politicians are now behaving like they’re gods and untouchable. If you talk, they will lock and arrest you. This is how they will continue in this reckless until the military decides to do a coup and take over the country.”
