American-based Nigerian singer, Osazuwa Agbonayinma known popularly as Zuwa is dead.

He was shot dead in his base in the United States of America.

The news of his demise was revealed by his father Ehiozuwa Agbonayinma, who is a former lawmaker in an interview on Channels TV.

Agbonayinma said his son was shot in the back of his head on Sunday, January 9.

Details of the unfortunate incident are still sketchy at the moment.

The late singer had a master’s degree in architecture.

He formed the duo, Roze, with his brother, Eghosa, and released a couple of songs, including the critically acclaimed ‘Ileke’ in 2020.
