Instagram blog Cutie Juls has urged the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) to take action against social media influencer Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, for cyberbullying and stalking Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo.
The blog shared a photo of Iyabo Ojo and called on the NPF to protect the actress and her family's security as they may be in harm's way.
According to the blog, VeryDarkMan and Iyabo Ojo have been in an ongoing dispute for months now, as the social media activist constantly accuses the actress of being involved in the death of singer Mohbad and engaging in illicit activities.
As a result, VeryDarkMan was arrested after Iyabo Ojo and a few others filed a petition for cyberstalking and other offenses against him.
Just recently, VeryDarkMan disclosed on his Instagram page that he had hired someone to hack Iyabo's phone and gain access to her social media activities.
Cutie Juls added that unless VeryDarkMan had permission to investigate cybersecurity and hack into Iyabo Ojo's phone, which may contain sensitive information such as medical records and bank accounts, it was illegal and a crime for him to contract someone to do so.
Following this, the blog and other social media users have urged the NPF to intervene and ensure the safety of Iyabo Ojo and her family.
