Human rights activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has shared an update on the stolen N180 million from his NGO account by suspected hackers.

According to VeryDarkMan, N78 million has been recovered so far, and the suspect, who was arrested in Jos, confessed that his accomplice had fled to Ghana.

In explaining the analysis on the website, VeryDarkMan mentioned that his NGO website received several threats, with the majority coming from the USA.

Other countries that attempted to disrupt the website included Nigeria, Moldova, and Israel.

His recent update confirmed that money was indeed stolen, as many thought his previous announcement was a prank.

VeryDarkMan expressed his gratitude to those who reached out to console him over his recent predicament.

He also mentioned that they will be going to Ghana to follow up on the other accomplice who fled Nigeria with his NGO funds.
