A Nigerian medical doctor who goes by the handle Dr Pharouk on X has stirred up controversy online with his advice to women as he uses singer Kizz Daniel and his wife MJay as a case study.

The doctor disclosed a story Kizz Daniel told about his wife, who he said believed in him when he first started his music career, in a lengthy tweet.

The singer revealed that while he spent hours in the studio and was made fun of by her friends for not being able to sing, his wife would bring meals for him.

Kizz Daniel stated that his wife contributed N10,000 for his debut song and that his brother supported him by liking all of his postings.

Dr. Pharouk asserted, using his own experience as a case study, that males are inherently appreciative of others since they would never forget anything that someone has done for them. He promised that men would always support and honour women who stood with them throughout their darkest hours.

The doctor, therefore, advised women to always show their struggling boyfriends love, care and assistance.

Dr. Pharouk wrote on X: “Kizz Daniel reveals that his wife paid for his first song.……

"Ten years ago, when I started music, she believed in me. I’ll spend hours in the studio, and she will bring me food. I remember her friends m°ck!ng her that I couldn’t sing well.

"She and my brother stood by me. I’ll make a post, and only her and my brother will like it. She even had to pay for my first song, just 10k naira. Today, I’ll give her 100m without even thinking. Thank you, Wifey ” Kizz Daniel

"Truth be told, men are grateful people. There is nothing you’ll do for a man that he will forget completely. Men will always be there for women who stand by them and respected them at their low moments.
